If you wish to not receive the finished goods you could do so free of any charge. If you are already in possession of the finished deliverables, then the quoted service fee will be payable but we will automatically remove the booking’s premium fee (if any) and offer a further 10% discount over the total service fee as a good will gesture.

The estimations given are for readiness of the deliverable content and other no circumstance does it include the upload to the client and consecutively their download.

There is compliance assurance with every single service we provide.
We will revise/fix and resupply with the utmost priority and free of charge, if any of our deliverables get rejected and need to be revised and/or resubmitted for something deemed as having been introduced by us (issue not inherent in the source material); or for any aspect where we have failed to meet the spec provided. If there are courier costs associated with the re-delivery, it shall be payable by us.
In case a resupply is required, we shall not be liable for any potential cost associated with missing a deadline for content submission. The client should organise the booking with plenty of time to allow for potential resupplies.
If we do not hear from a client within a period of 14 days, since the submission and/or deliverance of any content, it is assumed that the deliverable has been accepted and no further adjustments are required.
